AM Training

AM Training is a women’s personal training brand started by a friend of mine, built to encourage strength, confidence, and a sense of belonging in the gym. This brand aims to empower women to take up space and feel at home in fitness environments. I created a full brand guide along with merch mockups—including gym totes, progress sheets, and pens—to show how the visual identity can be applied seamlessly across both large and small-scale items.
